Listen, doll,
I know I'm not that tall Or blonde and pearly bright. My teeth aren't dyno-mite. But, here we are alone. Your house is not a home. I see your man comes calling, His manner's rather galling. I know I'm meant for you. My muddling days are through. I've found no place that fits. They think I've lost my wits. I think of nothing else. I've put you on a shelf. No one that can come close I'm stuck with what I chose. I know that you're oblivious And my gawking's rather hideous. A wall exists between us. Still, I'm Mars and you're my Venus. I know what I have to do. Play along to be with you. I'l throw them off the scent. In my heart you pay no rent. They say I need a girl. I've found one who's my world. She plays piano in the mirror. I see things now are so much clearer. Just stay right where you are. Please leave the door ajar. Make way, I'm coming in. Let the parlor games begin. 7/10/26 ZONE S4E8
