Happy days are here again,
Since I can’t remember when. Though life has tried to intervene, I concentrate on something clean. It took a wreck to hash it out. Days like this don’t come about. From here on out, our luck will change. The puzzle pieces rearrange. Off to the races, we’re on track. Recycled faces looking back. Our luck has changed. We’re soon to find Time on our side, the fortunate kind. Flip a coin and call its’ name. At Bay Meadows, I’ll do the same. We’re just three lemons, squeezing juice. Don’t try to tell me about the truth. I know it doesn’t always last. The candle's bright and burns too fast. Hurry now and then it’s gone. The room, the joy, the right that’s wrong. Listen honey, I need a fix Of luck and timing, dirty tricks. None the wiser. Get the goods. An ounce of gots over a pound of shoulds. Well enough ain’t good enough When you’re bound to lose. Make a wish for power Then blow out the fuse. 2/3/25 ZONE S2E21
