A single instance.

Many more.

Merge the questions.
Achey lessons,
Comprehensions.
Not to mention

Tight frustrations,
Complex Equations,
Disappointments,
Dry anointments.

So much gravel
In my shoe.
Going forward.
Pushing through.

Grinding steps.
Mortar, pestle.
Tears have wept.
Thoughts have wrestled.

Down the road,
As I go,
Blankets fold
All I know.

Powdery toes,
Sandy heal,
Wanton woes,
All I feel.
